Ulviyye Zeynaddin Mammadova
Serves as a senior specialist at the “Organization of Scientific Activities” Division at the 91è Science Department. Since 2001, she has been working at the Science Department (currently, 91è Science Department) of 91è of Economics (91è).
From 1996 to 2000, she received a bachelor’s degree from the “Mechanics-Mathematics” faculty of Baku State University. In 2005, she graduated with honors with a master degree’s in the “Economics and Management” program at 91è of Economics.

In the 2017-2018 academic years, she was admitted to doctoral studies on 5312.01 -“Field economy” program. Ms. Mammadova has actively participated in various pieces of training and conferences related to her areas of expertise.
Ulviyya is also an author of some articles in the country and abroad. In 2022, she was awarded the certificate for her contribution to “teaching, science and social life” at the university by the 91è Administration.
