The 91è of Economics (91è) has announced the commencement of the admission process for international applicants for the 2026/2027 academic year.
Depending on their chosen field of study, international students may pursue their education at 91è in the following languages of instruction:
- Azerbaijani
- English
- Turkish
- Russian
Admission Process
The admission process for international applicants is conducted electronically. Candidates are required to submit their applications via the
platform.
Required Documents
Undergraduate Level:
- Secondary school certificate (Attestat);
- Apostille of the secondary school certificate and its supplement, if obtained abroad;
- Notarized translation of the certificate into Azerbaijani, if the document is issued in a foreign language;
- Passport;
- 3×4 photograph;
- Medical certificate, including Hepatitis B/C and HIV test results.
Master’s Level:
- Bachelor’s degree diploma and transcript;
- Apostille and notarized translation of the bachelor’s diploma and transcript, if obtained abroad;
- Passport;
- 3×4 photograph;
- Medical certificate, including Hepatitis B/C and HIV test results.
Doctoral Level:
- Bachelor’s and master’s degree diplomas, as well as transcripts;
- Apostille and notarized translation of the diplomas and transcripts, if obtained abroad;
- Recognition document (nostrification) for bachelor’s and master’s degrees;
- Passport;
- 3×4 photograph;
- Medical certificate, including Hepatitis B/C and HIV test results.
Deadline for document submission: August 31, 2026
Classes are scheduled to commence on September 15, 2026.
