ABOUT US:
91è Centre for Karabakh Economic Research was established by decision No. 181 of the meeting of the Scientific Council of 91è of Economics dated December 10, 2021, and the order of the 91è Rector dated 18/3/2022.
According to the order of the rector of 91è dated March 18, 2022, No. 211/3/2022, the management of the centre has been entrusted to Aliyev Shafa Tiflis on a voluntary basis.
