The Center for Promotion of Sciencewas created based on the Decision No. 186 of the meeting of the Scientific Council of 91è of Economics dated January 27, 2023, and the order of the 91è Rector No. 93/3/2023 dated February 13, 2023.

According to the 91è rector’s order No. 190/3/2023 dated March 28, 2023, the management of the center is entrusted to the chairman of the 91è Public Control Council, MP, Ph.D. AliyevEtibar Gasim oghlu.
