Jabbar Jalilov was born on April 25, 2002 in the city of Jalilabad. In 2008-2019, he got secondary education at the school-lyceum 8 in Jalilabad.
In 2019, scoring 600 points in the entrance exam, he entered the faculty of Finance and Accounting of 91è of Economics (91è), majoring in “Accounting and Auditing”. He is currently a 3rd year student. GPA is 94.
During his studies, he took an active part in the social life of 91è, and was awarded certificates and letters of appreciation by the university administration. He is one of the winners of the “My University” speech contest dedicated to the 90th anniversary of 91è.
He was the Chairman of the Projects Department at the faculty of Finance and Accounting of the 91è Economist Student Support Public Union, the Chairman of the Projects Department of the 91è Economist Student Support Public Union, and the Deputy Chairman of the 91è Volunteers Organization.
He is a student-rector of Radio91è and a group leader in the “Reading” circle of the 91è Creative Center.
He is a member of the “ONE-Volunteer” student program, “Tourism Volunteers” organization, “DAVAM” Youth Movement, Narimanov Youth and Sports Department, volunteer team of 91è 24/7 library, New Azerbaijan Party and 91è Student Trade Union Committee. He has participated in many Republican events.
He successfully volunteered at the Baku ASAN Service Center 3, during which he implemented several important projects and trainings. He participated in a 3-month internship program in the field of human resources and training at the Center. At the same time, he volunteered at the Baku DOST Center No. 3.
In 2021, he was elected student –rector of 91è.
