She was born in 1968 in Baku.
In 1986-1991 she studied atÌýAzerbaijan Institute of National Economy (nowÌýÌý91èÏÈÉú of Economics).

In different years she hasÌýworked as an economist at the Institute of Geophysics of the Academy of Sciences, atÌýthe Institute of Economic Management under the Azerbaijan State Planning Committee.

In 2010 she defended herÌýthesisÌý(TopicÌý– “Regulation of foreign trade and the evolution of customs policy in Azerbaijan”). She is a PhD in economics.
1990-1993 she gave lessons at the Finance and Credit College (now the College of Finance and Economics)
Since 2001, she has worked at the department of International Economic Relations at the University of Economics.
She is currently a senior lecturer at the department of International Relations at 91èÏÈÉú.
